Death Of The Chinese Clones

I’ve been hearing news lately that the Chinese government has stopped “all” production of airsoft guns. I thought they were only rumors until I saw this.

Death Of The Chinese Clones

“Shenzhen Customs officers destroy replica guns in the warehouse of its Huizhou anti-smuggling office Thursday. About 2,790 guns and 1,500 kilograms of spare parts were destroyed, Customs officials said Friday. The popularity of field warfare games has contributed to increased demand for replica guns in the domestic market, which has led to an increase in replica gun smuggling cases, officials said. The guns resemble the real thing in color, weight, size and quality, and as such can be used by criminals to threaten victims in robberies and muggings. So far nearly 12,000 smuggled replica guns and spare parts have been seized by the Customs this year.” (from Shenzhen Daily)

Is this the beginning of the end for Chinese-made airsoft guns?

VFC EGLM DX Airsoft Grenade Launcher

Think it’s crazy to walk into a speed-ball tournament or a skirmish with nothing but a grenade launcher? VFC’s MK13 EGLM Launcher is no regular launcher it’s a worthy primary weapon (if you can practice reloading fast enough!) See RedWolf Airsoft’s feature presentation video this week to see this bad boy in action!

VFC EGLM DX Airsoft Grenade Launcher

Just like the real steel EGLM, the VFC version features the same rotating locking breech system and 6x dextrorotations simulation rifling just for looks! The EGLM launcher system from VFC can be very easily fitted to both the Standalone MK16 and the SCAR series, complete with both 7.62 and 5.56 style trigger pack modules.

True to the real steel designs, VFC has created a true masterpiece, from the shape of the EGLM all the way down to the unique serial numbers. The breech is opened by depressing a spring loaded button which ejects the shell (not included) from the EGLM, and like the real steel EGLM launcher, the barrel can swivel both left and right up to 15 degrees for ease of loading.

The Stand-alone EGLM comfortable fits all body sizes with its easily adjustable buttstock. Complete with 4 CNC machined rails, you can install literally anything and everything on it, so if you want a great looking EGLM launcher that operates as good as it looks, you need not look further!

Mounted on the Standalone system, the EGLM measures in at:
Length (Retracted): 525mm
Length (Fully Extended): 690mm

FRAG Ireland’s Fall Activity

I received an email from FRAG Dublin’s “Wanderer757” regarding their activity last month at Dublin, Ireland. More power to FRAG Ireland!

Here I am again sending a report of the group’s activity here with in Dublin, Ireland.

Last Sunday the 28th of October 2009 the group conducted a Charity Event for the benefit of our “kababayan” affected by the recent 5 consecutive typhoons which affected a number of people and entire communities in the main land of Luzon.

The event were participated by Officer’s and members of the group donating cash and clothing for mentioned recipients back home. Same is still ongoing till the 30th of November where 2-3  “Balikbayan” boxes will be sent to the Philippines courtesy of a local handling cargo manned by fellow members . Cash donations will be turned-over to representatives of ABS-CBN here in Dublin in the days to come.

This event is only one of the charity events organized by the group. Charity or helping others is part of the core values of the group’s by-laws accompanied with fun and enjoying the game of airsoft.

In the days to come future activities are still in the pipe line. As winter is fast approaching our outdoor activities will be limited a sort of hibernation as cold is in the air.

Many thanks for your good self’s time.

Respectfully,

wanderer757
